In a quest to find solace, an exiled woman of the steppes is confronted
by her family’s dark heritage catching up to her.

Exile follows the young daughter of a Mongolian chieftain and her decision to flee her home from the war he waged. Travelling the lands alone, visiting tribe after tribe affected by the war, she soon learns that there is no escape from it and is forced to make another decision, to return and embrace the legacy she's left behind, or abandon it once and for all.
